List and brief description of conditions:

Tiekėjai turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD) – aktualią redakciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis VPĮ 46 str. nuostatomis.

III.2)Conditions related to the contract
III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Tiekėjas, pristatęs kokybės reikalavimų ar užsakymo neatitinkančias prekes, privalo pirkėjo prašymu sumokėti 10 proc. (procentų) dydžio baudą nuo pristatytų nekokybiškų ar netinkamų prekių sumos ir per 2 kalendorines dienas įsipareigoja pakeisti (pristatyti) nekokybiškas prekes tinkamomis. Tiekėjui neperdavus pirkėjui prekių per preliminariojoje sutartyje nurodytą terminą, pirkėjo prašymu tiekėjas įsipareigoja mokėti 0,02 proc. nuo nepatiektų prekių sumos už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną. Jei tiekėjas, pasirašęs preliminariąją sutartį, per jos galiojimo laikotarpį be pateisinamos priežasties atsisako sudaryti pagrindinę sutartį, pirkėjas turi teisę prašyti sumokėti 300 EUR dydžio baudą ir (arba) nutraukti preliminariąją sutartį.

Elektroninės sąskaitos faktūros, atitinkančios Europos elektroninių sąskaitų faktūrų standartą, teikiamos tiekėjo pasirinktomis priemonėmis, o Europos elektroninių sąskaitų faktūrų standarto neatitinkančios elektroninės sąskaitos faktūros turi būti teikiamos tik naudojantis informacinės sistemos „E. sąskaita“ priemonėmis.
