The national health trust Sykehusbygg HF [the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] is the contracting authority and contractual partner in this contract. Sykehusbygg HF [the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] was founded in 2014 and is owned by all four regional health authorities. Sykehusbygg is a national health trust (HF) that is an internal supplier for the regional health authorities and the Norwegian health trusts.

Sykehusbygg shall facilitate and contribute to standardisation, exchange of experience, good utilisation of resources and access to resources in the engineering design and construction of hospitals.

Sykehusbygg HF shall be the contracting party for the agreement. Økonomi og virksomhetsstøtte [the Department of Finance and Business Support] is responsible for the Occupational health service and is followed up by HR. Avdeling for Økonomi og Virksomhetsstøtte [the Department of Finance and Business Support] is located at the trust's head office in Trondheim. By the end of 2023 the department will employ approx. 190 employees.

The procurement of Occupational health service (BHT) in accordance with Arbeidsmiljøloven §3-3 including regulations [the Norwegian Working Environment Act] We are looking for an Occupational health service that can meet our specific needs as a company with specialized expertise, to assist us in the statutory in accordance with § 13-2 (Regulations concerning Organisation, Management and Employee Participation) as well as provide support and guidance when needed. We want an Occupational Health Service (BHT) that has substantial expertise in areas that are most relevant to us, especially regarding the organisational and psychosocial working environment.
