Hankinta sisältää kaksi vaiheisena toteutettavan AaltoAlvarin kylpyläosaston peruskorjauksen ja laajennuksen. Vaiheessa 1 peruskorjataan aaltoallas ja rakennetaan laajennus. Vaiheessa 2 peruskorjataan koskiallas ja opetusallas sekä näihin liittyvät piha-alueet.
Molemmat vaiheet sisältyvät hankintaan.
