le présent marché est un marché de travaux passé sous la forme d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2161-2 et R.2121-5 du Code de la commande publique.le présent marché est conclu sur la base d'un prix global et forfaitaire. La durée d'exécution globale de l'ensemble des lots du marché est de 20 mois à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service précisant la date de démarrage de la période de préparation. La durée d'exécution des marchés comprend la période de préparation et le délai d'exécution des travaux de chacun des lots du marché alloti. Le délai global d'exécution de l'ensemble des travaux est de 18 mois. Les offres des titulaires des onze lots sont consultables pendant les horaires d'ouvertures (du lundi au jeudi : h30-12h30 et 13h30-17h30 et le vendredi : 8h30-12h30 et 13h30-16h00) auprès du service juridique de la Ville - 15, avenue Paul Langevin - 95220 Herblay-Sur-Seine. La présente procédure de mise en concurrence pourra faire l'objet d'un recours de pleine juridiction, exercé dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la publication du présent avis d'attribution.
