The advisory work will include contributing to developing of and reviewing potential indicators and the methodology stipulated under point 3.4.2 of the NGEU Green Bond Framework. The methodology will enable measuring the impact of the measures financed by the NGEU instrument on addressing climate change and potentially other environmentally relevant goals. The work will focus on measures implemented through the Recovery and resilience facility, as well as the wider EU budget.
