Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist ein Rahmenvertrag zur Lieferung von 300 t Preprintpapier (geschätzter Zweijahresbedarf circa 200 t) für den Offsetdruck.

Die Bestellungen des genannten Preprintpapiers sollen aus dem bereits installierten Online-Shop für Büromaterial der Firma Rensch in Gelsenkirchen erfolgen. Der Lieferant für das Preprintpapier wird als zusätzlicher Lieferant in den Online-Shop aufgenommen.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Zweijahresbedarf auf Abruf. Das genannte Preprintpapier wird zu jeweils 15 Paletten (180.000 Bogen) abgerufen. Der erste Abruf kann bereits circa 15 Arbeitstage nach Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen. Die Zuschlagserteilung ist für Oktober 2021 vorgesehen.

Der zukünftige Auftragnehmer muss gewährleisten, dass eine Menge in Höhe eines Teilabrufs zu jeweils 15 Paletten (180.000 Bogen) jederzeit bevorratet wird, damit eine Belieferung der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See innerhalb einer Frist von drei Arbeitstagen für den gesamten Abrufzeitraum sichergestellt ist.
