Προμήθεια ειδών τροφίμων για τις ανάγκες του Δήμου Κατερίνης και των Νομικών Προσώπων Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ειδών τροφίμων για τις ανάγκες του Δήμου Κατερίνης και των νομικών προσώπων, συνολικού προϋπολογισμού 660.547,65 € πλέον Φ.Π.Α. 85.918,70 €, σύνολο 746.466,35 €, και συγκεκριμένα

α) γάλα για το προσωπικό του Δήμου Κατερίνης, για τα έτη 2021 και 2022, προϋπολογισμού 435.316,00 €, πλέον Φ.Π.Α. (13%) 56.591,08 €, σύνολο 491.907,08 € με Φ.Π.Α.

β) είδη τροφίμων για τις ανάγκες λειτουργίας των δημοτικών βρεφονηπιακών και παιδικών σταθμών, για το προσωπικό και για τις ανάγκες διοργάνωσης εκδηλώσεων του Ο.Π.Π.Α.Π. Δήμου Κατερίνης, για το έτος 2021-22, προϋπολογισμού 134.370,10 € πλέον Φ.Π.Α. 17.501,12 €, σύνολο 151.871,22 € με Φ.Π.Α.,

Σε περίπτωση προσφυγής κατά πράξης της αναθέτουσας αρχής η προθεσμία για την άσκηση της προδικαστικής προσφυγής είναι:
