II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Die VBG Bezirksverwaltung in Bielefeld (nachfolgend VBG genannt) beabsichtigt, die Unterhaltsreinigung zum 01.01.2022 neu zu vergeben.

Das Mietgebäude aus dem Jahre 1996 befindet sich am Rande der Bielefelder Altstadt unter der Adresse Nikolaus-Dürkopp-Str. 8, 33602 Bielefeld.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der zentrale Empfang, der Pausenraum, der Konferenzbereich, die Poststelle und der Sportraum. In den vier Obergeschossen, welche über zwei Treppenaufgänge sowie drei Aufzugsanlagen erreicht werden können, befinden sich die Büroräume der ca. 220 Beschäftigten.

Die Gesamtreinigungsfläche im Objekt beträgt ca. 5.739 m2 inkl. Lagerflächen.
