Justification:

TRAGSA ha de comenzar a prestar el servicio en los centros con fecha 13 de julio de 2021, habiéndose recibido el encargo con fecha 27 de mayo de 2021 que incluye la prestación del servicio de limpieza en el centro de Las Canteras desde el 13 de julio. Con objeto de garantizar el servicio de limpieza en este centro es preciso disponer de un contrato, por lo que la celebración del contrato derivado de la presente licitación responde a una necesidad inaplazable para TRAGSA, pues ha de garantizarse las condiciones higiénicas y el estado de limpieza de las instalaciones en las que viven las personas alojadas en el centro en el que se prestará el servicio, por lo que se precisa que la tramitación se curse por el régimen de urgencia de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 119 de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público
