Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es handelt sich um eine Auftragserweiterung einer zuvor nicht vorgesehenen Leistung. Im Zuge der Pandemie, sowie nach Veröffentlichung der Förderrichtlinien coronagerechter Um- und Ausrüstung von stationären raumlufttechnischen Anlagen vom 30.03.2021 i.d.F. vom 30.06.2021 besteht ein geänderter Bedarf. Eine Auftragsänderung ohne neues Vergabeverfahren ist unter Berufung auf § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 als auch Nr. 3 GWB zulässig, da zusätzliche Liefer-, Bau- oder Dienstleistungen erforderlich geworden sind, die nicht in den ursprünglichen Vergabeunterlagen vorgesehen waren
