The Appointment of a Principal Designer and Construction Health and Safety Advisor
The procurement activity is for the appointment of one supplier, to provide the Council with Principal Designer services, under the CDM regulations. In addition the appointment is to provide the council with support services, such as advice and monitoring, with respect to health and safety related to construction activities that the Council undertakes.
The contract can be extended by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council.
