Se estimeaza a fi atribuite un numar de 16 Contracte Subsecvente pe toata perioada Acordului Cadru (1 Contract Subsecvent/3 luni), primul Contract Subsevent se estimeaza a fi atribuit in primele 12 luni de la data semnarii Acordului Cadru.
Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic Contract subsecvent: 556.510 RON (fara TVA);
Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare Contract subsecvent: 1.637.031 RON (fara TVA).
Nota privind clarificarile la Documentatia de atribuire:
Conform prevederilor art.172 din Legea nr.99/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, solicitarile de clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire se vor transmite cel mai târziu cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, la adresa: www.e-licitatie.ro, in cadrul anuntului de participare aferent procedurii - sectiunea Intrebari. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in cadrul anuntului de participare aferent procedurii - sectiunea Intrebari.
