Structural works to carry the load of the residential flats above installation of a Canopy and signage to the Fore Street elevation alteration to corner of 36 Fore Street where it fronts the alleyway if possible creation of a courtyard space to rear of unit 34 Tiverton to include screening, and access to first floor apartments (or alternative uses).

Realm improvements to Fore Street at alleyway access, alleyway and courtyard to rear, signage, street furniture and to the area to the front of the Half Moon public house and entrance to the alleyway leading from Fore Street to the Pannier Market.

Construction of a single building comprising shop units to the ground floor and apartments above.
