Rahmenvereinbarung zur Fachplanung von Bahnstromleitungen der Deutschen Bahn AG und deren verbundene Unternehmen mit folgenden Hauptleistungen: Planungen in den Leistungsphasen Entwurfsplanung (inklusive Bestandsdokumentation), Genehmigungsplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung der Vergabe.

Es ist beabsichtigt, mit mindestens 4 Bietern / Auftragnehmern eine Rahmenvereinbarung abzuschließen.

Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgte an folgende Auftragnehmer:

1) ENACO Energieanlagen- und Kommunikationstechnik GmbH, 82216 Maisach (DE2);

2) LTB Leitungsbau GmbH, 01445 Radebeul (DED);

Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der Bekanntmachung der Auftragsvergabe im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union.
