II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Etudes, Contrôle et Surveillance des travaux de construction de la digue de Kiembe à Toliara

• La réhabilitation de la digue de protection existante bordant le littoral au sud du port de Toliara mesurant 1,8km du PR 0 au PR 1+800 (section 1),

• La construction d’une nouvelle digue qui est le prolongement de la première, reliant directement le port et la Route Nationale N° 7, du PR 1+800 au PR 4+300 (section 2), mesurant 2,5 km avant Toliara. Elle servira d’une part ; à protéger ces zones basses contre la remontée des eaux et d’autre part ; à dévier la circulation des poids lourds desservant le Port de Toliara. Ce sera une route de déviation de la circulation.

• En sus de cette digue de 4,3 km, il est prévu l’aménagement d’une route existante permettant de relier l’entrée du port et la section 1 au PR 0+445 totalisant environ 600m.
