Objectives of the framework contract: to implement the training programme for the EU Aid Volunteers initiative pursuant to the Commission Implementing Regulation 1244/2014 (IR) and to prepare training and assessment of candidate volunteers. The training programme is based on the competence framework as provided for in the Delegated Regulation 1398/2014 (DR). It consists of a combined learning approach based on online training and face-to-face courses in the European Union (duration 9-12 days) including travel and accommodation of participants. It includes all mandatory and optional modules. It also covers assessment after training as introduced in the IR as well as the assessment of the competences of candidate volunteers according to the provisions of Art. 3 and Annex of Regulation (EU) 375/2014.
