Sąlygų sąrašas ir trumpas aprašymas: Tiekėjas ir kiekvienas ūkio subjektas, kurio pajėgumais jis numato remtis, turi atitikti reikalavimus dėl tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo. Tiekėjas pasiūlyme turi pateikti užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau - EBVPD). Visų pagal EBVPD reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą pirkimo laimėtoją.
