Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Seitens der DB Netz AG und DB Fernverkehr wurde die Forderung nach einer Optimierung der Verkehre in der Bauphasenplanung gefordert. Dies erfolgte im Rahmen einer kapazitativen Untersuchung Kinzigtal - ABS Hanau - Gelnhausen im Abschnitt Gelnhausen - Langenselbold (PFA 5.17 - 5.15). Die Machbarkeit und Umsetzbarkeit der Forderungen sind seitens AN zu prüfen.
