Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

An der Ostfassade der Luft-und Raumfahrt kommt es zu einem Mehraufwand im Bereich der Gitterrostdecke zwischen EGZG und l.OG. Aufgrund der sich hier im Bestand befindlichen Stahlträgern als Anbindung an die Fassade müssen zusätzliche Bauteile de- und remontiert werden. Dieser Mehraufwand war bei der LV-Erstellung nicht bekannt bzw. berücksichtigt worden.
