Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Im Bereich der Weiche am Eisenhammer wird eine geänderte Entwässerungsquerung hergestellt. Diese musste in den Bereich unter der Weiche 269 / 270 verschoben werden, da am ursprünglich vorgesehenen Standort kein Entwässerungsanschluss hergestellt werden kann. Infolge dessen muss nach Abstimmung mit der BÜW und dem ALV im Bereich der Weiche 269 / 270 eine ständige Gleisüberwachungsanlage installiert und im Anschluss - ab dem 24.09.2023 - die Gleislage überwacht werden. Die Gleislagemessung ist lediglich eine notwendige Folgeleistung nach Herstellen der Entwässerungsquerung im oben genannten Bereich. Der Gesamtcharakter der Entwässerungsquerung bleibt jedoch unverändert.
