Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Die zusätzliche Unterkonstruktion der Fensterbankabdeckungen ist erforderlich, da eine Konstruktion mit einer höheren Lastaufnahme vorgesehen werden soll. Dazu ist ein zusätzliches Profil von TAP in der Bestandskonstruktion zu montieren. Hinzu kommt, dass zur Ausführung des Hobos in vielen Bereichen die Sockelbeplankung bereits montiert wurde. Diese ist für die UK Fensterbankabdeckung nun rückzubauen und im Nachhinein wieder zu ergänzen. Als Vorleistung für den Schlosser musste ein horizontales Profil von Fa. TAP an den Leibungen der Fenster erstellt werden, für die Befestigung der Fensterbank. Die Dämmung und die schon von Fa. TAP erstellte Bekleidung musste im Bereich des Profils zur kraftschlüssigen Befestigung weggeschnitten werden. Zur Montage der HK-Verkleidung muss die Fa. TAP die 2. und 3. Lage der GK-Beplankung entfernen. Danach wird die Verkleidung eingebaut. Anschließend muss von der Fa. TAP die 2. und 3. Lage mit erhöhtem Aufwand eingebaut und angepasst werden.
