An optional site visit will be held on 16.11.2021 at 10:00.
The meeting point for the visit will be at the entrance to the accreditation centre of the Winston Churchill Building in Strasbourg.
Any economic operator having obtained by direct dispatch from the European Parliament, or by other means, the tender documents concerning this contract will be authorised to participate in the site visit.
A maximum of two (2) representatives per company may participate. In any event, economic operators wishing to take part should confirm this to the email address below two (2) working days before the visit, giving details of the company name and the name, position, identity document number and date of birth of the participants at the email address below: INLO.AO.DIR.A@europarl.europa.eu
Representatives must bring a valid identity document for the visit.
The European Parliament will issue an attendance list and a report following the site visit. The visit report will be published on the e-tendering website.
The language for the visit will be French.
Any travel expenses related to the visit of the premises will be borne by the economic operator, and cannot be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
