Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der im Schacht verbaute Ventilator dient zur maschinellen Entrauchung der Untergeschosse. Es gab aus denkmalpflegerischer Sicht nur die Option den Ventilator in einer Fläche außerhalb der Brandzone zu platzieren. Bei dieser Option muss der Ventilator aus Brandschutztechnischen Gründen, gemäß DIN EN 12101-3, eingehaust werden mit der Qualität mindestens feuerbeständig.Diese Leistungen waren nicht Bestandteil des LVs und sind zusätzlich erforderlich. Es handelt sich um eine Sonderanfertigung, daher kann ein Wechsel des AN aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
