VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Actualmente debe incorporarse un nuevo espacio verde a mantener en el presente servicio que no estaba previsto en el contrato inicial, ya que durante el primer semestre de este año se prevé que queden finalizadas las obras de la Fase 1 del Parque del Norte Lote 2. Con este nuevo espacio de más de 3 hectáreas de superficie, habrá que mantener entre otros 13.819 m2 de prados, 12.677 m2 de arbustiva y 288 nuevos árboles.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Actualmente debe incorporarse un nuevo espacio verde a mantener en el presente servicio que no estaba previsto en el contrato inicial, ya que durante el primer semestre de este año se prevé que queden finalizadas las obras de la Fase 1 del Parque del Norte Lote 2.
