Να είναι εγγεγραμμένος στο οικείο Εμπορικό Επιμελητήριο.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standingList and brief description of selection criteria:
— οι προσφέροντες να έχουν ετήσιο κύκλο εργασιών ύψους 1 εκ. EUR κατά μέσο όρο, για τα έτη 2018, 2019 και 2020, σε μέσα ατομικής προστασίας (Μ.Α.Π.),
— οι προσφέροντες θα πρέπει να μπορούν να αποδείξουν τον παραπάνω κύκλο εργασιών, προσκομίζοντας σχετικές βεβαιώσεις από πελάτες τους ή τιμολόγια ή συμβάσεις,
— οι προσφέροντες να έχουν θετικό ΕΒΙΤDA, κατά τα έτη 2018, 2019.
III.1.6)Deposits and guarantees required:
Το ύψος της εγγύησης συμμετοχής ανέρχεται σε ενενήντα μία χιλιάδες επτακόσια έξι ευρώ (91 706,00 EUR), σε περίπτωση προσφοράς για το σύνολο της προμήθειας.
Ανά είδος, το ύψος της εγγύησης συμμετοχής καθορίζεται σε:
— είδος 1: 18 144,00 EUR (δεκαοκτώ χιλιάδες εκατόν σαράντα τέσσερα ευρώ),
— είδος 2: 72 160,00 EUR (εβδομήντα δύο χιλιάδες εκατόν εξήντα ευρώ),
— είδος 3: 828,00 EUR (οκτακόσια είκοσι οκτώ ευρώ),
— είδος 4: 294,00 EUR (διακόσια ενενήντα τέσσερα ευρώ),
— είδος 5: 280,00 EUR (διακόσια ογδόντα ευρώ).
Σε περίπτωση προσφοράς δύο (2) περισσοτέρων ειδών, το ύψος της εγγύησης συμμετοχής καθορίζεται στο άθροισμα των αναφερόμενων ανωτέρω ποσών, των αντίστοιχων προσφερόμενων ειδών.
