The contracting authorities are inviting to an open tender contest for the procurement of non-parenteral pharmaceutical special medications. The contracting authorities for this call for tenders are the four Norwegian regional health authorities; Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, Western Norway Regional Health Authority, Central Norway Regional Health Authority and Northern Norway Regional Health Authority. The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust carries out the tender contest on behalf of the contracting authorities.

The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust, the Division for Pharmaceuticals (Norwegian: LIS), shall on behalf of the four regional health authorities (Norwegian: RHF) carry out a tender contest for the procurement of oncology products (LIS 2107 g). Description des options:
The regional health trusts, c/o the contract administrator, can extend all or parts of the framework agreement for up to 24 months. The regional health trusts have options for procuring products from the date the framework agreement is signed up until the first day of the agreement period. In such event, the regional health trusts c/o the Agreement administrator must present a written request to the supplier with a request that the supplier delivers the products in accordance with Appendix 3: A Price sheet for the relevant period filled in by the supplier. Procedure for delivery related to the option is given in point 5.2.3. The regional health trusts also have the option for purchasing goods in the period from the framework agreement expires and to a maximum of 6 months. In such event, the regional health trusts c/o the agreement administrator must present a written request to the supplier with a request that the supplier delivers the products in accordance with Appendix 3: A Price sheet for the relevant period filled in by the supplier. Procedure for delivery related to the option is given in point 5.2.3
