Lancashire County Council (the Authority) are inviting tenders for the supply of enterprise adviser network and career hub lead services. The contract will cover the Lancashire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) area, defined as the Boroughs of Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Pendle, Burnley, Rossendale, Ribble Valley, Chorley, Lancaster, Preston, Blackpool, South Ribble, West Lancashire, Fylde and Wyre. The Enterprise Adviser Network and the Careers Hub will be delivered across all boroughs listed.
The project is part funded by the Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) and part funded by the Authority, working in partnership with the LEP.
The Authority is seeking a service provider to work with the Lancashire Skills and Employment Advisory Panel (sub-committee of the LEP) and the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub to deliver and develop the enterprise adviser network and careers hub that spans all Lancashire boroughs as detailed.

The enterprise adviser network and careers hub is currently made up of 154 schools and colleges. This includes secondary schools, SEND schools and alternative providers, and colleges in the Lancashire area. The service provider must develop best practice and support schools and colleges to achieve the full set of the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks, with a focus on quality and sustainability.
