Explanation:

Având în vedere prevederile art. 104, alin (1), lit. c) din Legea 98/2016, coroborate cu adresa Agenției Naționale pentru Achiziții Publice nr. 5830/20.04.2018, inregistrată la DS Neamț cu nr. 3509/09.05.2018, precum și felul taierii - produse accidentale (conform referatului de necesitate și memoriului justificativ întocmite de Biroul Comercial), atribuirea contractului de prestări ”Servicii de exploatare forestieră și transport bușteni, IX 2023 ” se va face prin aplicarea procedurii de ”Negociere fara publicare prealabila a unui anunț de participare”.
