Perkančioji organizacija reikalauja, kad tiekėjai pateiktų Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą – aktualią deklaraciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų pirkimo dokumentuose. Tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimą įrodančių dokumentų bus prašoma tik iš ekonomiškai naudingiausią pasiūlymą pateikusio tiekėjo.

Pirkimo sutarties įvykdymas bus užtikrinamas delspinigiais.
Už mokėjimo terminų pažeidimą perkančioji organizacija moka 0,03 proc. nuo neapmokėtos sumos dydžio delspinigius už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.
Už atlikimo terminų pažeidimą tiekėjas moka 0,03 proc. nuo bendros sutarties kainos dydžio delspinigius už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.
