The contract consists of a single lot, covering the supply of light and ‘standard’ cars and logistical support, divided into 7 sub-lots:
— sub-lot 1: 200 ‘light’ cars at a clear unit price of EUR 50 819,67 (excluding VAT),
— sub-lot 2: 200 years of technical assistance packages of 6 years or 150 000.00 km for the vehicle in light configuration, at a clear unit price of EUR 6 721,31 (excluding VAT),
— sub-lot 3: 10 ‘standard’ cars with a CIS system cabling, the basic price per unit price of EUR 68 852,46 (excluding VAT),
— sub-lot 4: N. 10 technical assistance packages of 6 years’ duration or 150 000 km for the vehicle in standard configuration at a clear unit price of EUR 8 196,72 (excluding VAT),

III.1)Conditions relating to the contract
III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:
Security equal to 1 % of the basic tender amount (excluding VAT) pursuant to Article 93 of Legislative Decree No 50 of 18.4.2016. This security is guaranteed to guarantee the seriousness of the tender and is already reduced by 50 %, as all participating companies must have (on pain of exclusion) certification of quality UNI ENI ISO 9001 pursuant to Article 93 (7) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016.
The successful tenderer must lodge a security guarantee in accordance with Article 103 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016.
III.1.2)Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions governing them:
Payment, as provided for in Article 4 (4) of Legislative Decree No 231 of 9.10.2002, as amended, and by way of derogation from paragraph 2, shall be made within 60 days of receipt of the invoice. The time limit of 60 days is justified in relation to the complexity of the winding up process involving more than one institution of the A.D. In view of the technical complexity of the necessary operations, the verification of the conformity of the supply shall be completed within 60 days of the date on which the contractor is drawn up in accordance with Article 4 (6) of Legislative Decree No 231/2002, as amended.
The contract concluded does not contain an arbitration clause under Article 209 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016.

All the rules for participation in this procedure and any other requirements relating to the tendering procedure shall be contained in the tender specifications and the annexes thereto, which form an integral part of this invitation to tender.
Each operator shall provide an address for service, including within the meaning of Article 52 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016, in the area covered by the scheme and at the address indicated in the application to participate.
The tender will be carried out by means of the computer system on which the requests to participate shall be entered and subsequently the tenders.
The CA reserves the right to:
(a) not to award a contract where no tender proves to be suitable or suitable for the purposes of the contract;
(b) award the contract even if there is only one valid tender;
suspend, recall or refrain from awarding the call for tenders, giving reasons for doing so;
does not provide a justification for the contracts even if the award of the contract has previously taken place.
Any request for additional information and/or clarification of the content of this invitation to tender and the other documents in the procedure must be received by the deadline of 12: 00 on 16.1.2020. Tenderers, when submitting applications to participate, allow their data, including personal data, to be processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree No 101/2018, for the purposes of the contractual procedures.
Partial and/or conditional bids shall not be accepted.

The cost of publication will be reimbursed by the successful tenderer.
