Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Die Unterkonstruktion musste teilweise wegen Planänderungen bzw. nachträglichen Angaben und Installationsarbeiten umgebaut werden. Die Arbeiten im 3.OG mussten angehalten und nach Klärung fortgesetzt werden. Die Umlagerung von Material der Fa. TAP aufgrund von Montagetätigkeiten anderer Gewerke war erforderlich. Da der vollständige Schutz der Spannglieder im 3. OG WT hergestellt wurde, musste die Unterkonstruktion und Wärmedämmung für die Betonergänzung demontiert werden. Das Detail für den Fensteranschluss im 3. OG. wurde nachträglich erstellt, die Abdichtung der Fenster musste erneuert werden. Wegen der Installationsarbeiten im 3. OG ST mussten die GK Beplankung an den Fensterpfeilern demontiert werden. Im 3. OG WT mussten die Heizkörpernischen aufgrund eines neuen Plans abgeändert werden. Im 1. OG SVB musste der Untergrundausgleich nachträglich hergestellt werden, da der Bestandsträger zuerst demontiert werden musste.
