La fourniture d'échantillons concerne tous les lots. Il sera demandé cinq échantillons du modèle proposé afin de pouvoir tester le produit, pour les lots 1-2-3-4 et 5; un échantillon pour le lot 6.

Modalités de transmission des échantillons:

— les échantillons seront livrés sous double enveloppe. La 1re enveloppe contenant les cinq échantillons devra faire apparaître le lot auquel ils se rapportent. La mention «ne pas ouvrir» devra être notée sur cette enveloppe. La 2e enveloppe contenant la 1re, devra faire apparaître le nº de marché. Le Lot auquel les échantillons se rapportent et le nom du candidat: attention il devra correspondre au nom inscrit pour le dépôt de l'offre. Il est de la responsabilité du candidat de veiller à ce que les échantillons soient clairement identifiables. Si le pouvoir adjudicateur ne peut pas procéder à l'identification des échantillons alors l'offre s'y rattachant sera classée irrégulière. Les échantillons sont remis à titre gracieux, aucune prime ne sera versée au candidat. La date limite de remise des échantillons est fixée au 23.12.2020, avant 16h30. Adresse de remise des échantillons: Ardenne Métropole — service «Commande publique» — 49 avenue Léon Bourgeois — 08000 Charleville-Mézières. Toute offre ne comprenant pas d'échantillons sera déclarée irrégulière.
