As part of the selection stage of the competition, for each Regional Sub-Lot, bidders will be required to provide evidence of technical and professional capability by demonstrating previous experience of acting as Principal Contractor in the relevant region, in addition to demonstrating the capability to deliver the scope of the requirements within the Lot and Regional Sub-Lot(s).
All contract examples used by bidders to demonstrate technical and professional capability in a Lot will be required to be examples where the bidder itself acted as Principal Contractor.
