Network of Eurofound Correspondents – Germany
The overall objective of the procurement is the establishment of a network of national level correspondents – Network of Eurofound Correspondents (NEC) – who will support Eurofound’s research by gathering, analysing and reporting on specific developments (policies, practices and regulations) in the EU Member States in relation to the thematic areas covered in Eurofound’s Programming Document for the period 2021 to 2024, and support Eurofound outreach at national level.
The tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the contractor and agreed by Eurofound.
Provision of services (as described under II.1.4) to Eurofound in a capacity of a national level correspondents for the NEC.

The prices contained in the tenders received exceeded the maximum amount set by Eurofound as determined and documented internally prior to launching the procurement procedure. A competitive procedure with negotiation without prior publication of a contract notice is planned to be used in order to ensure contract award for the lot concerned.
Within two months of notification of the outcome of the procedure (award decision), tenderers may launch an action for its annulment. Any request tenderers may make and any reply from Eurofound, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment nor open a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated under Heading VI.4.1) of the contract notice.
