The purpose of this invitation to tender is to remodel the glazed fronts of the AA1 building on the facades of the VIP Restaurant (block AA1-A, ground floor) and the ground floor distribution hall between blocks A and B, and to replace the glass envelope of the 2 stairwells that connect the ground floor with the basement floors: S -1 and S -2. These stairs are located in the patio between the AA1 building blocks mentioned above.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

In the current state of the facades of the AA1 building included in the scope of the project, the glazed fronts of the ground floor and the block B stairs do not provide the most optimal comfort features for their use, mainly because the system executed previously makes for poor habitability of these spaces.

Consequently, the decision was taken to replace these windows with other commercial-type windows with shatter protection incorporated.

With this intervention, the goal is to improve the features, aesthetics and technology of the exterior facades of the building, and at the same time respond to environmental demands, thanks to the improvement of the features with regard to exterior, solar and thermal aggressions.

The scope of the action includes:

(1) The material execution of the works defined in the project, including supplying all the materials, labour and tools;

(2) Testing established by the current legislation;

(3) Maintenance of the works over a warranty period.

All technical, administrative, organisational and inspection activities needed to guarantee the required quality of the works planned under the project are also included.

This invitation to tender does not include project management or health and safety coordination tasks.
