Asker municipality shall construct a new health centre. The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract. The health centre shall be located on the west side of Søndre Borgen nursing home built at Søndre Borgen Farm in 1977. The nursing home is connected to the current farmyard. The health centre shall contain 3 floors and a basement and be situated west of the current nursing home.

Note that no more than three contractor links are permitted when executing the contract. This means that the contractor cannot have more than two links in the supply chain under him.

There are requirements for wages and working conditions in accordance with § 5 in the Regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts.

The contractor must also be affiliated to an apprenticeship scheme and the apprentice (s) shall participate in fulfilling the contract, cf. requirements in the Regulations on the responsibility for the use of apprentices in public contracts, as well as the contract documentation B2 (Special contract terms).
