000982 — ICT Managed Service for Education
YPO are looking for a sole provider to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the provision of an ICT managed service for education and the wider public sector. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements.
ICT managed services covering management, operation, monitoring and maintenance across a customer’s entire technology infrastructure – including telecoms, networking, device management, supply of hardware and software, supplementary staffing and all associated services.
There is a possibility that this framework will be renewed after 3,5 years from the commencement date.
The framework agreement will cover the period from 1.3.2020 to 28.2.2022 with 2 options to extend for an additional 12 months.
The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 1.3.2020 to 28.2.2024 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).
