De motivatie van een maximale looptijd van 6 jaar is dat de economische levensduur van het Uitruktenue 6 tot 10 jaar is. Dit is afhankelijk van diverse factoren, waaronder ‘beroeps-‘ of vrijwillig-‘ gebruik. Een Raamovereenkomst van 4 jaar is om die reden volgens Aanbestedende dienst niet doelmatig en daarom is gekozen voor een looptijd van maximaal 6 jaar.
