This contract is necessary in order to contract maintenance services for the building of the European Parliament and the European Commission in Nicosia.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of the Member States of the European Union and to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of non-member countries which have entered into a special agreement with the European Union in the public procurement field giving them access to the contract in this invitation to tender, under the conditions laid down by this agreement.

Tenderers wishing to participate in the opening of tenders are requested, at the risk of being refused access to the opening of tenders, to confirm their attendance no later than 2 working days prior to the date for the opening of tenders, by email to: INLO.AO.DIR.A@europa.eu
Section VI: Complementary information
The European Parliament will organise an optional site visit to take place on 9.1.2020 at 10:00 am.
A maximum of 2 representatives per company may participate.
To prepare your entry pass, please send via email (to INLO.AO.DIR.A@ep.europa.eu) your company name and the name, position, identity card number and date of birth of the attendees, 2 working days before the visit.
This registration will be confirmed via email.
The European Parliament will issue a report following the visit, which will be transmitted via the website. Any travel costs relating to the site visit are to be borne by the economic operator and will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
Attendance at the visit is optional.
During the information session, economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender.
The language used during the visit will be English.
The contracting authority's decision may be contested within 2 months from the date of publication of the outcome of the procedure, either by unsuccessful tenderers or by the natural persons or legal entities who are directly and individually affected by this decision, even if they are not the addressee thereof.
