The European Parliament will organise an optional site visit to take place on 9.1.2020 at 10:00 am.
A maximum of 2 representatives per company may participate.
To prepare your entry pass, please send via email (to INLO.AO.DIR.A@ep.europa.eu) your company name and the name, position, identity card number and date of birth of the attendees, 2 working days before the visit.
This registration will be confirmed via email.
The European Parliament will issue a report following the visit, which will be transmitted via the website. Any travel costs relating to the site visit are to be borne by the economic operator and will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
Attendance at the visit is optional.
During the information session, economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender.
The language used during the visit will be English.
