III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar

u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

Za potrebe utvrđivanja gore navedenih okolnosti, gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:

ispunjeni ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir gospodarskog subjekta, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za

obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti: Upis u strukovni registar/Upis u obrtni registar) za sve

gospodarske subjekte u ponudi.

Sukladno članku 262. ZJN, Naručitelj može u bilo kojem trenutku tijekom postupka javne nabave, ako

je to potrebno za pravilno provođenje postupka, provjeriti informacije navedene u europskoj

jedinstvenoj dokumentaciji o nabavi kod nadležnog tijela za vođenje službene evidencije o tim

podacima sukladno posebnom propisu i zatražiti izdavanje potvrde o tome, uvidom u popratne

dokumente ili dokaze koje već posjeduje, ili izravnim pristupom elektroničkim sredstvima komunikacije

besplatnoj nacionalnoj bazi podataka na hrvatskom jeziku.

Ako se ne može obaviti provjera ili ishoditi potvrda sukladno gore navedenom stavku, naručitelj može

zahtijevati od gospodarskog subjekta da u primjerenom roku, ne kraćem od 5 dana, dostavi sve ili dio

popratnih dokumenta ili dokaza.

Sukladno članku 263. ZJN, Naručitelj će prije donošenja odluke o odabiru od gospodarskog subjekta

koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti da u primjerenom roku, ne kraćem od 5 dana,

radi dokazivanja sposobnosti iz ove točke dostavi ažurirane popratne dokumente, osim ako već

posjeduje te dokumente.

Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti gospodarskog subjekta dokazuje se:

- izvatkom iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra koji se vodi u državi

njegova poslovnog nastana
