Explanation:

This invitation to negotiate new services consisting of repetition of similar services entrusted to the framework contracts No 2018.0089 an 2018.0090 (resulting from the call for tenders No ESTAT/B/2017/017) for the supply of statistical services, covers the supply of statistical services in statistical methodology related to ‘Methodological Help-desk’ (Lot 2).

As indicated in the tender specifications ESTAT/B/2017/017 (item 2.2 Volume of the contract): ‘ESTAT reserves the right to increase by no more than 50 % the estimated value of the framework contract, in accordance with Article 104 of the Financial Regulation and Article 134(1)(e) of the RAP’. In such cases, in accordance with Article 11.1 (e) in the Annex 1 of the Financial Regulation, ESTAT and the successful tenderer shall use a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice for new services or works consisting in the repetition of similar services or works entrusted to the economic operator awarded the initial contract by ESTAT.
