Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die bestehende ELA-Zentrale des Hallenbaus ist störungsanfällig und wartungsintensiv. Bedingt durch die Generalsanierung des Deutschen Museums wird in RA 1 und in Folge auch in RA 2 die ELA-Anlage komplett erneuert. Um Brandfallsteuerungen und einheitliche Durchsagemöglichkeiten (Brandabschnittsweise Alarmierung) umsetzen zu können, ist es nötig, auch den Hallenbau auf den technischen Stand der neuen Anlagen RA 1 zu ertüchtigen. Um die nötige Kompatibilität erreichen zu können werden alle ELA-Zentralen untereinander vernetzt. Dies ist nur durch Austausch der bestehenden Zentrale des Hallenbaus möglich.Diese Leistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich.Ein Wechsel des AN ist aus technsichen Gründen nicht möglich.
