Framework Agreement: Annual CAR/EAR, TPL and other Special Insurance Program
Framework agreement for the placement of the Annual CAR/EAR, TPL and other special insurance. Declaration insurance program covering all of Energinet's Construction/Erection projects. Inception 1.3.2020.
The insurances for Lot 1 and Lot 3 will have a duration of 4 years (2020-2024) according to the framework agreements in the utility's directive and with a tacit renewal per 01.01.
Lot 2 is an annual policy with the intention of an automatic renewal from 2020-2024.

CAR/EAR Declaration Policy incl. extended Maintenance and Marine Cargo
Construction policy, estimated contract value 4 875 000 000 DKK for the 4-year period. Sums/limits according to the exhibit and the insurance schedule in the risk and insurance information document.
There will be no limitation in respect of number of applicants.

Terrorism policy (Onshore/Offshore). Insurance sum max.150 000 000 DKK per project.
Intention of 3 automatic renewals until expiry, 29.2.2024.
Third-Party Liability Insurance
Third-party liability insurance, insurance sum 50 000 000 DKK per project — excess of deductibles mentioned in the exhibit and the insurance schedule.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
All tenderers who wish to submit a tender must file a request for participation by submitting the European Single Procurement Document (hereafter ESPD) in accordance with the time limits put forth in the procurement documents.
The tenderer must declare whether the tenderer is covered by the exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD.
To fulfil the suitability criterion enrolment in a trade register in the ESPD, all tenderers must uphold permission to write insurance risks as specified in this tender by the Danish FSA.
To fulfil the economic criterion other economic or financial requirements in the ESPD, all tenderers must have a rating of no less than A- or a similar rating or documented financial solidity.

Pursuant to Danish act on The Complaints Board for Public Procurement (act No 492 of 12.5.2010 with subsequent amendments — available at www.retsinformation.dk), the following time limits for filing a complaint apply. Complaints regarding a candidate not being pre-qualified must be filed with The Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 20 calendar days starting the day after the contracting authority has sent notification to the candidates involved, provided that the notification includes a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision. Other complaints must be filed with The Complaints Board for Public Procurement within: 45 calendar days after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (with effect from the day following the publication date).
