As part of EMH Group’s new corporate strategy the organisation are seeking to undertake an ambitious programme of development to deliver in the region of 600 new homes per annum predominantly throughout the East Midlands region, and requires architects to support this.

The total framework value is estimated to be 1 500 000 GBP over the 4 years, and will be for circa 800 units over the duration of the framework.
