Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung waren die Anforderungen noch nicht abschließend bekannt und ergaben sich erst durch die Abstimmungen mit der Branddirektion, dem Ersteller des Brandschutznachweises und dem Prüfsachverständigen nach Erstellung des Leistungsverzeichnisses.
