Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Anschweissen von Blitzschutzlaschen, Thermische Trennung für die Ausführung von Stützfüßen und je 2 Isokörben, Fertigung von Geländern für den Schacht 2 im Kern 5. Fertigung von Abfangträgern HEA 100. Die Maßnahmen wurden wegen nachträglicher bzw. fehlender Planung notwendig. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
