RM6165 Construction Professional Services Framework

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a pan government collaborative agreement for the provision of construction related professional services. It is intended the framework will be be utilised by eligible Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including but not limited to, local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, housing, charities, not for profit, nuclear and devolved administrations and international.

CCS Category Update

CCS is committed to developing routes to market that offer opportunities to organisations of all sizes and on the back of extensive supply chain engagement Crown Commercial Service Category Team has developed a Category Strategy that is designed to offer a wide portfolio of construction professional services at locations throughout the UK.

Via a separate procurement The CCS Category Strategy proposes the development of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to complement the CCS Construction Professional Services Framework RM6165 offering. It is envisaged that the DPS would support the construction services market regionally and allow organisations of all sizes (operating regionally) access to those opportunities.

It is planned that the DPS will be live at the same time as the RM6165 framework. Market engagement sessions will be planned in the near future and advertised via a separate Prior Information Notice. During future market engagement Crown Commercial Service will invite suggestions and feedback on the proposed structure of the DPS from the market including industry experts, specialists, suppliers and potential customers.
