List and brief description of conditions:

Tiekėjas (taip pat visi tiekėjų grupės nariai, jei pasiūlymą pateikia tiekėjų grupė) ir ūkio subjektai, kurio pajėgumais remiasi tiekėjas) turi atitikti reikalavimus dėl tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvo. Tiekėjas pasiūlyme turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau - EBVPD). Visų pagal EBVPD reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą laimėtoją.

III.2)Conditions related to the contract
III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

1. Perkančioji organizacija apmoka Tiekėjui už prekes pagal gautas PVM sąskaitas faktūras per 30 dienų nuo sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos.

2. sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimas – bauda. tiekėjui neįvykdžius ar netinkamai įvykdžius savo sutartinius įsipareigojimus, paslaugos teikėjas moka pirkėjui 5% dydžio sumą nuo bendros sutarties sumos.

3. Tiesioginio atsiskaitymo su subtiekėjais galimybė: yra.
