Explanation:

Kandidat Arex d.o.o. je proizvajalec jopičev z balistično zaščito in dodatne opreme, ki je predmet tega javnega naročila. Arex d.o.o. je tudi ekskluzivni zastopnik na območju Republike Slovenije za čelade Šestan-Busch, ki so prav tako predmet tega javnega naročila (na podlagi veljavne izjave proizvajalca Arex d.o.o.in tujega principala Šestan-Busch). Glede na navedeno se predmetno naročilo odda navedenemu podjetju na podlagi c točke prvega odstavka 46. člena ZJN-3.
